Please note that Currently NO VAT is added on orders :-) and with us, total value of your order must be min £100, excluding postage. Orders from ready stock are usually shipped in 2 to 3 days from Cheshire. To start ordering from us, you NEED NOT create any account or register on our website. To place your first order, simply select the products, and during checkout fill your contact details, which will automatically create your account on our website for future visits or ordering. We will collect payment via Paypal, within next 24 hrs, after you place your order.
If the products you want to order are out of stock or you want some of our products to be customised JUST FOR YOU, you can place a custom order. For Custom Orders also min spend now is only £100 and you can order min 3 pieces per product. # Can I buy just one piece (as samples) of some of your products ?
Yes, you can buy even one piece as sample. And for this simply email us to " carrole.express@yahoo.com " with your requirements. Please mention your phone no and delivery address, so that we can process your sample order faster.
# If the quantity I require is not available, what should I do ?
Please email us to mycarrole@yahoo.com to place your custom order. We offer special discount for bulk orders.
# What about shipping or postage?
Delivery charge (postage) is shown with every product and is very reasonable. Final postage will be approx £3 more (handling chrages) than individual total, as we have to pay certain minimum amount per box.
# When I have to pay, and what are the payment options?
On our site you are not required to pay when you place your order online. We will send you payment request via Paypal after you have placed your order, in next 24 hours or so. At Paypal you can make payments securely using your credit cards, debit cards and even bank account. Or, you can also make payment via local cheque or online bank transfer.
# What is your return policy?
We hardly remember that someone has returned our products for quality or service issue. Also we do not accept return for Custom orders, as they have been made, especially for you. Please note that you have to pay for the return postage and ensure that all products are in original packaging. Once we get the products we will return your 100% products' value, excluding postage.
# Can I add or remove the products after I have placed my order ?
Due to quite many orders every day, now all our ordering and inventory is managed by automatic systems, so we cannot add (or reduce) products in your order already placed.
The best is to place a separate new order, having total value just 100 pounds or more (even for addition products from Custom section), and write in special instruction box - "Send this order with my earlier order no XXXX".
# What if I receive any of order items damaged?
We pack all the products with great care. However if you find any of the items damaged, we will replace the damaged products. If we do NOT have enough stock in UK we will be able to send you replacement products in your next order with us / when the new stock arrives. Kindly send us one "Combined Picture" of the all the damaged products, within next 48 hrs of delivery, so that we can process the replacement request as soon as possible.
# Do you ship outside UK?
Yes, to North America, Europe, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, New Zealand and Australia. However the postage might be more for such locations, which we will tell you before you finalise the order.
